Picture makes the bun look moldy. I’m sure it’s just a reflection, but the blue-green shade is classic bread mold.
The actual burger is superb. I’d put other stuff on it — sliced onion, tomato, lettuce, mustard — but the thing is already huge enough. So there’d be a plate on the side and I could take one of those ingredients from time to time and do a deconstructed monster burger that way.
